Several Captua Survey customers have told us that they occasionally need to re-use forms across multiple surveys.
Previously, users would need to re-key the entire form for each new survey, a time consuming process. To address this, we've created a feature which allows administrators to 'Save survey as template'
In addition to pre-loaded templates, customers can now create their own form templates and load them in with a couple of clicks.
Simple parameters can also be included by enclosing words in left and right angle brackets. For example, "What is your opinion of [COMPANY]'s products and services."
It's easy to set up your forms as templates on Captua Survey.
- Design your form in the normal way.
- On the form designer, press the "Save as template" icon.
- That's it! This template will be saved for later use and is accessible via the template loader.
